In the terms below we & us refer to D & J Bolton trading as Jules(bellybar.co.uk).
Free UK delivery on orders over £15.00 is by 1st class royal mail, we recommend that you use recorded delivery or special delivery for larger orders. We may at our own discretion send any orders by recorded or special delivery.
Please note that we DO NOT accept NON-UK cheques & money orders as payment.
All cheques & Postal orders should be made payable to JULES.
All Debit & Credit card transactions are dealt with by Worldpay for us at their secure site.
We aim to send all orders within 24 hours , monday - friday.
Goods will only be sent when payment has been recieved in full.
If items are not paid for within 7 days we reserve the right to cancel any order.
All of our Body Jewellery bars and rings are High Grade 316L Stainless/Surgical Steel unless otherwise stated (titanium etc.), and are designed to be worn once your piercing has fully healed (our titanium body jewellery is suitable for new body piercings and is made by a UK manufacturer who supplies specialist piercing studios for their initial piercing jewellery.)
Our body piercing jewellery and materials are made for us by many different suppliers and we check the certification of materials used by them to ensure they meet our standards as well as current EU nickel directives.
We try to get the photographs as near as possible to true colour, but obviously everyone's monitors a.e set differently, so there may be slight shade differences in real life, and the photographs are not to any scale.
For obvious hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on body piercing jewellery and piercing supplies, this includes exchanges if you choose the wrong size, so please choose the correct size for your piercing. (if you need help on how to measure your piercing, please ask.)
We take no responsibility for items lost in the postal system and recommend recorded delivery or special delivery.
Any items that are reported to be faulty in any way must be returned to us before we proceed to either send a replacement or repair the items.
We do not take any responsibility for harm or injury caused from wearing our jewellery, and will not be held responsible items that have been misused or handled without proper care.
The belly bars we supply are fine and intricate pieces of jewellery, and should be treated the same way as any other items of quality silver jewellery should. (please do not boil, bake or microwave them in an unnessary effort to sterilise them, or do anything else silly to try to sterlise them!!) All body jewellery is handled as little as possible before being sent to the customer. Our body jewellery is not sterilised before being sent out. As long as your piercing is fully healed, the body jewellery is clean, and so are your hands, the body jewellery does not need to be sterile, and if your piercing is not fully healed, then DO NOT try to change it!!
We can always supply a copy of proof of postage which we obtain every time we send any item, to show that items have been sent on the date stated, and we recommend recorded delivery for UK orders, which is priced at only £1.65 per order. All of our body jewellery complies with the EU nickel directives, either part 1 or part 2 , whichever is applicable to the item.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
We (bellybar.co.uk trading as Jules) accept no liability for the incorrect use of any body jewellery items sold.
The order email confirmation that is sent after an order has been placed is a provisional order, the items must be fully paid for before we will send any order.
If you pay using either a credit card or debit card you will also recieve a confirmation email from Worldpay when your transaction has been successful, please keep a copy of this email and the transaction number from RBS Worldpay.
All photographs of jewellery used on this site are the direct property of D & J Bolton trading as Jules( bellybar.co.uk ), and may not be used or copied without prior written permission by any other person/s. Use of these photographs without written permission will result in legal action.
OUR REFUND POLICY:
All items are checked and then sealed in a clear polythene bag before being despatched. Upon reciept of your order please check the item/s before removing them from the sealed bag. If at this point you are unsatisfied then please notify us and we will arrange for a refund, once the item/s have been returned to us by recorded delivery. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee (from £1.50 to £5.00 per item, depending on the sort of bar, as many are made to size specifically for your order), as well as the postage & packing costs. Any free body jewellery and boxes etc., must also be sent back before the order may be refunded. By opening the polythene bag you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item and do not wish to return it. If the bag is not opened and you do not like the bar when seen in real life, the same deductions apply (postage ,packing & re-stocking fees, as mentioned earlier, many bars are made to size specifically for your order, and if returned, these will need to have new bars fitted etc., as we will never sell a re-bar that has been returned.)
We do not do exchanges, swaps etc., just because you either dont like the bar, or it is the wrong size, for very obvious health reasons , we do not accept returns on any items that the seal has been broken on the bag. We try very hard to show all items as clearly as possible from several angles so you can see exactly what they look like.
If you do choose the wrong size, and notice this as soon as you get the jewellery, then we may be able to change the bar length on some bars, but this will usually involve a small fee for doing this work, to cover the cost of the new bar, time involved and packaging and sending it to you again. If you do wish for us to change a bar size for you, please ask if we are able to do it 1st, then send it back in the original box using correct postage, thanks!!
If a package is returned to us by royal mail because we have been given the incorrect address on the order form we will need additional payment before sending it to you again at the correct address, and if you then decide that you do not wish to pay for it to be sent again, we may apply the above fees. It you wish to return any item you must notify us within 7 days of reciept of order,this does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
